2. Eligibility

• You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate.

3. Refund Policy (Strict & Non-Negotiable)

Our refund rules are intentionally strict to avoid misuse, legal disputes, or unethical claims:

3.1 No Refund Policy

• All payments made for courses, memberships, subscriptions, tablets, or any digital/physical product are 100% non-refundable.
• Once course access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstance (including not liking the content, personal reasons, or inability to attend/complete the course).

3.2 Exceptions (Only if Applicable)

• Refund is possible only if duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error (subject to verification).
• Payment sent mistakenly twice.
• Any approved refund will take 7-21 working days.

3.3 Free Tablet / Device Policy

• Free tablet/device is provided only as part of promotional offers.
• Once dispatched, no replacement/refund will be issued unless the product is physically damaged during delivery (must provide unboxing video).

3.4 Tablet / Device Delivery Timeline

• Delivery may take 15-20 days, and in some cases up to 30 days after course purchase.
• Extra time is required for branding, printing, and app installation before dispatch.
• Delivery timeline may vary based on courier and location.

4. Funded Account / Fund Manager Program Terms

The Funded Account or Fund Manager Program is a performance-based selection program, not a guaranteed benefit.

Selection depends on:

• Completing required assignments
• Performance evaluation
• Risk management tests
• Compliance with rules

Planawin Trading Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, pause, or terminate any participant without explanation. Any breach of rules will result in immediate removal.

4.1 No Guarantee Clause

• Specific payout percentage
• Any earning amount

5. Course Content Usage Rules

All educational content, videos, PDFs, strategies, and materials are the intellectual property of Planawin Trading Academy.

You may NOT:

• Share login access
• Upload to social media or public platforms

Violating this will result in legal action under the Copyright Act.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made upfront.
• EMI options (if provided) must be completed. Failure to pay EMI will result in course access suspension.
• GST and processing fees may apply.

7. Travel, Workshops, and Events

Travel for seminars, workshops, or events is optional.

Users must bear their own:

• Travel expenses
• Food
• Stay

Planawin Trading Academy is not responsible for:

• Travel delays
• Cancellations
• Personal belongings
• Medical issues during events

8. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for any:

• Trading losses
• Financial losses
• Psychological stress
• Technical issues
• Market risks

You agree that learning or trading is your own responsibility.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Block your course access
• Suspend account
• Terminate services

This applies if:

• You violate terms
• Engage in abusive behaviour
• Perform fraud, chargebacks, or unethical activities

10. Amendments to Terms

11. Privacy & Data Usage

12. Legal Jurisdiction
